This teacher observation form is designed to evaluate a teacher's performance in various areas related to instruction. The form is divided into three sections: Instruction Domain, Planning, and Environment. Within each section, there are several questions that assess the teacher's ability to meet certain standards and objectives. These questions cover a range of topics, including motivating students, presenting instructional content, lesson structure and pacing, activities and materials, questioning, academic feedback, grouping students, teacher content knowledge, teacher knowledge of students, thinking and problem solving, instructional plan, student work, assessment, expectations, managing student behavior, environment, and creating a respectful culture. The form is intended to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a teacher's performance in these areas, and to help instructional leaders identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support.
