This teacher observation form focuses on the supportive learning environment in the classroom. It assesses whether the teacher demonstrates positivity towards learning experiences and has a positive attitude towards the classroom and learning. It also evaluates whether the teacher takes risks in learning without fear of negative feedback and is provided with support and assistance to understand content and accomplish tasks. Additionally, the form assesses whether the teacher is provided with additional or alternative instruction and feedback that is appropriate for their level of challenge and needs.
