This is a form used for observing teachers in K-12 classrooms. It includes sections for Board Items and Classroom Events, with questions about the date and essential question, objective, warm up, agenda, assessment, homework, flipped classroom, or follow up. During the observation, the observer is asked to provide a brief description of what is happening in the classroom.
