This teacher observation form is designed to assess a teacher's performance in specific domains and areas of their instruction. The form includes questions that focus on areas of reinforcement and refinement. The reinforcement domain is intended to identify the teacher's strengths, while the refinement domain is intended to identify areas where the teacher can improve. The questions on the form are designed to help the observer identify the highest area of reinforcement, the strength of the lesson, the area of refinement, and the indicator in the refinement domain that would yield growth for the instructor.
