This form offers narrative feedback based on which part of the secondary framework was observed.
Mosaic
This teacher observation form is designed to assess the performance of a teacher in a K-12 school setting. The form is divided into three sections, each with a specific focus. The first section, called "Indicators," lists the specific skills and behaviors that the teacher should be demonstrating during the observation. The second section, called "Glows," highlights the areas where the teacher excelled during the observation. The third section, called "Grows," identifies areas where the teacher could improve and provides suggestions for how to do so. In addition to these sections, there is also a space for additional comments that the observer can use to provide further feedback or suggestions. The form is designed to be used in conjunction with the Secondary Framework, which provides a set of standards and expectations for teachers in a secondary school setting.
