Explore the Library

The two easiest ways to find forms are searching and filtering.

From there you can sort the forms based on when they were added and how popular they are.

Search

Quickly find relevant forms and hunt for new ideas or helpful resources.

Find Keywords in:

  • Titles
  • Descriptions
  • Sections
  • Questions
  • Tags
  • Authors

Filters

Browse groups of forms based on observation category or tag.

Categories

Filter for forms designed for walkthroughs, evaluations, learning walks, and more.

Tags

See all forms with a tag.

Sort

Order the forms based on popularity and recency.

By publishing a form you certify you are following the Library Guidelines →

Do not publish or republish another person’s work to the Form Library under your name without meaningful modification or alteration.

Remixing a form

We encourage public form iteration and adaption.

A change you make to a form will be useful or informative to another educator.

Everyone gets to learn from each other as forms remixed and customized.

If you’ve copied a form and made changes to make it your own, please publish it in the Library.

When you publish a form remix, Classroom Mosaic will automatically add an attribution to the form listing to show the original file and creator(s).

All licenses for a form are linked on their listing in the "Licensed under:" section. Unless otherwise noted, forms are published under the default license. →
