This teacher observation form is designed to assess various aspects of a teacher's instructional practice. The form includes questions related to the learning target/objective, student engagement, rigor, and closing of the lesson. The observer is asked to note the start time of the observation and evaluate whether students understand what they are supposed to learn and why they are learning it. Additionally, the observer is asked to assess the level of student engagement and the percentage of higher-level questions asked during the lesson. The form also includes a section to evaluate the Bloom's Level of the student work or product. Finally, the observer is given the opportunity to provide any additional comments or observations.
