This teacher observation form is designed to evaluate a teacher's performance in various areas of instruction and classroom management. The form is divided into sections that cover topics such as standards and objectives, motivating students, instructional content, lesson structure and pacing, activities and materials, questioning, academic feedback, grouping students, content implementation, teacher knowledge of students, thinking, problem-solving, instructional plans, student work, assessment, expectations, managing student behavior, environment, and respectful culture. Each section includes specific questions that assess the teacher's performance in that area, and the form requires evidence to support each evaluation. The purpose of this form is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of a teacher's performance in various areas of instruction and classroom management.
