This teacher observation form is designed to assess the academic class climate and student engagement in the classroom. It includes questions related to four quadrants, as well as evidence of learning within each quadrant. The form also assesses non-academic behaviors such as slouching, sleeping, and the use of electronic devices for non-academic purposes. Additionally, it evaluates the use of profanity and off-topic talking, as well as the level of student participation and engagement.
