Mosaic
This teacher observation form is designed to assess various aspects of a teacher's performance in the classroom. It includes questions related to the teacher's ability to set high academic expectations for students, encourage them to learn from mistakes, and create learning opportunities that allow all students to experience success. The form also evaluates the teacher's management of student behavior, including their use of techniques such as intrinsic motivation, social approval, and consequences to maintain appropriate behavior. Additionally, the form assesses the classroom environment, including the organization and accessibility of supplies, equipment, and resources, as well as the display of student work and the arrangement of the classroom to promote independent learning and collaboration. Finally, the form evaluates the overall culture of the classroom, including the teacher's ability to create a respectful and welcoming environment for all students and guests.
