Mosaic
This teacher observation form is designed to assess various aspects of a lesson. It includes questions related to the subject, period, number of students, and how the teacher welcomes and settles the pupils at the beginning of the lesson. The form also evaluates the effectiveness of the teacher's explanations, the use of different learning strategies, and the management of pupil grouping. Additionally, the form assesses the quality of resources used, the progress made by pupils during the lesson and the unit of work, and the ongoing assessment of pupils. The purpose of this form is to provide instructional leaders with a tool to evaluate and improve the quality of teaching and learning in K-12 schools.
