The questions cover topics such as the teacher's lesson planning, classroom appearance, organization, and management, as well as the depth of knowledge demonstrated in their lessons, the effectiveness of their instructional design and delivery, and the level of student engagement and understanding. Additionally, the form evaluates the use of technology in the classroom and the extent to which students are on task and engaged in collaborative learning activities. The form includes space for notes and observations, and a conference may be recommended based on the results of the evaluation.
