This teacher observation form is designed for K-12 instructional leaders to assess and evaluate teachers' performance in the classroom. The form is divided into three sections, each focusing on a different aspect of teaching: Classroom Environment, Instruction and Engagement, and Questions and Comments. The questions in each section are designed to gather information about the teacher's grade level, subject/lesson topic, classroom organization, type of engagement, managing engagement, type of instruction, and any positive observations or areas of concern.
