This teacher observation form is designed to assess a teacher's instructional practices and identify areas for improvement. The form includes a series of questions related to standards-based planning, promising practices, activating strategies, direct instruction, guided practice, differentiation, and checking for mastery. Each section of the form includes a set of questions that prompt the observer to identify promising practices and suggest next steps for improvement. The form is intended to provide a clear and objective assessment of a teacher's performance, and to help instructional leaders identify areas where additional support or professional development may be needed.
