This teacher observation form is designed to provide a snapshot of a teacher's classroom instruction. It includes questions about the grade levels and subject being taught, the type of instructional and lesson delivery being used, the number of students in the classroom, and the level of student engagement. The form also asks about the use of technology and whether or not the teacher is implementing RBT strategies. Finally, there is space for the observer to provide comments about what they observed during the walkthrough.
