It includes questions about the teacher's demographics, such as grade level and subject, as well as class size and the length of the observation. The form also asks about the arrangement of the classroom and the teacher's working style, including their interactions with students. Additionally, it asks about the grouping methods used in the classroom and whether groups appear to be based on certain criteria. The form also includes questions about the types of talk observed in the classroom, including teacher talk, individual student talk, and peer-to-peer talk, as well as the level of rigor observed in the student work.
