The teacher observation form is a tool used by instructional leaders in K-12 schools to assess and evaluate the level of student engagement in a classroom. The form consists of several sections and questions that focus on different aspects of student engagement. These sections include subject, classroom lesson, technology usage, instructional styles, teaching strategies, students engaged, and evidence of authentic engagement.
