CKH Morning Meeting Walkthrough
This form covers Classroom Environment and Teacher Communication.
Mosaic
The teacher observation form is designed to assess a teacher's ability to engage, explore, communicate, and empower their students. It includes a series of questions related to the physical environment, the use of specific activities, the teacher's ability to explore student needs, their use of safe body language and tone, their expression of care and interest, and their ability to relate content to student interest. The form also assesses the teacher's use of a social contract, including how it is referred to and used when violated, as well as their use of specific procedures and non-verbal signals for attention and self-management. The form is intended to provide instructional leaders with a clear and objective way to evaluate a teacher's performance in these areas.
