The form evaluates whether the teacher has effectively managed the classroom, created a stimulating and conducive learning environment, and established clear classroom rules and procedures. Additionally, it assesses whether students were on task, actively engaged, and working cooperatively, and whether the teacher provided a proper closure to the lesson.
