This is a teacher observation form that focuses on observing a math walkthrough. The form includes questions related to the components of a math workshop that are observed during the walkthrough, the level of engagement of the teacher with the students' learning, the level of engagement of the students in the learning process, the use of precise mathematical language in the classroom, and the accuracy of the mathematical content observed during the walkthrough. The form also includes a section for additional feedback and a space for a photo. The purpose of this form is to provide instructional leaders with a tool to assess the quality of math instruction in the classroom.
